Best Breakfast Spots in Park City
Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Especially when you’re skiing, because who knows if you’ll want to take a break for lunch depending on what the snow’s like. Getting that calorie intake right in the morning could also be the factor that keeps you skiing or makes you call it quits early, so it’s crucial to find something that will keep you going all day. Luckily, there are plenty of great spots in Park City for whatever you’re feeling, whether it be a quick grab and go or someplace to sit down for a bit, we know a place for you.
Wasatch Bagel and Grill
Located about five minutes from the bottom of Park City Resort, Wasatch Bagel and Grill is the perfect place to stop by for a quick breakfast sandwich or a bagel. For those of us from the East coast, this shop will remind you of the bagel shops that cover most of the Northeast. From the high counter top to the baskets of freshly made bagels ready to go, you’ll feel like your home except without the frigid temps. They also serve lunch as well and if that’s what you’re craving when you stop in you have to make sure to get some of their french fries and fry sauce, it’s the best in town by far.
Alberto’s
This Mexican restaurant has got some of the best burritos in Park City while also offering up breakfast burritos all day. While breakfast bagels seem to be more of an East coast thing, breakfast burritos are one of the most popular early meals throughout Park City and Utah. Their convenient drive through can have you in and out fast too so you won’t need to worry about missing first chair.
The Bridge Café and Grill
If you’ve been to Park City before then you know that skiing down and grabbing some food on main street before taking the town lift back up is kind of a right of passage. This lift is a great way to explore everything Park City has to offer while also being a great way to get to the slopes without parking at the resort. To top it all off, just a few feet from the lift sits The Bridge Café and Grill, a Brazilian/American mixture that serves breakfast all day. If you’re looking for more of a sit down breakfast after a few early morning laps, there’s nowhere better or closer to a lift then The Bridge.
Five5eeds
This Aussie inspired breakfast joint blends nourishment and flavor in a way that will fill you up and keep you going for the rest of the day. With only being a short drive away from Park City resort parking lot, this is an easy go-to for a quick bite before strapping on the boots. What makes this place even better is that most of their dishes can easily accommodate those who are gluten-free or vegan.
The Market
This grocery store located right next to Five5eeds may be known for it’s high quality food but one thing that’s kind of a local secret is that this is the place for the cheapest breakfast sandwiches in town. For less than $4 you can get bacon, egg and cheese all between a freshly toasted English muffin. These sandwiches may be the quickest and easiest breakfast in Park City and it is definitely the cheapest. Grabbing two of these to go and throwing some hot sauce on top is the best way to get to the mountain with a quick and easy bite to eat.
