New IKON Pass Benefits
With the Ikon and Epic passes now on sale for the 21⁄22 season, it’s time to figure out which pass is best for you. With the Epic pass being the cheapest it’s ever been, the Ikon pass has been trying to figure out how to keep customers coming back and have announced a new benefit that is very unique to the season pass industry.
This new benefit is called the Ikon Pass First Tracks and is free to all Ikon pass holders for the 21⁄22 season. The First Tracks will allow pass holders to ski untouched powder and groomers before the lifts open up to the general public once per month on designated days through January, February, and March. The designated days may be different depending on which resort you’ll be skiing at and more details will be announced on November 1, 2021.
So far 14 Ikon resorts are being offered through the new First Tracks benefits with two being located in Ski Butlers markets. These are Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows and Deer Valley Resort. This is perfect for those people who love to get up for the first chair and now you can get up even early and ski fresher snow before the crowds arrive. Stay tuned for more information about First Tracks and other benefits these passes might announce.
