Ski Butlers Steamboat Wins John Rust Award
Steamboat Springs, CO…Ski Butlers Steamboat wins its second consecutive John Rust Award for exceptional customer service, scoring a 98.63% on its NPS Score*, the highest of any Ski Butlers location.
In memory of John Rust, a former Ski Butlers team member who passed away from Osteosarcoma, Ski Butlers has created the John Rust Award for exceptional customer service. This award is given annually to the Ski Butlers location that scores the highest on the NPS Score. Ski Butlers will donate $1000 on behalf of the winning location to the Pediatric Cancer Foundation for Osteosarcoma cancer research.

The Pediatric Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to eliminate childhood cancer. Their focus is to fund research to find less toxic, more targeted therapies by partnering with leading hospitals nationwide. Over the past 21 years, the PCF has donated more than $5 million to researchers. They are based in Tampa, FL.
