A Winter to Remember
When the snow begins to fall in early November the anticipation of a great ski season begins. Hopefully by the end of the month we have had consistant cold temperatures and the ground is ready for snow. If we can just receive a few good storms in early December we will be skiing powder well before Christmas. Our Christmas gift from Mother nature is a few days of sking powder before the Christmas crowds arrive. January and February are typically a Blur of work and skiing. March is the month that delivers consistently in Whistler. Storm cycles produce great snow and quickly dissipate, leaving Blue Bird Powders Days in their wake. By April we are ready for sunny days and Corn Snow, these are the days to sit and linger in the afternoon sun after a few runs. Late April and early May the Ski Days are short and the Patio Sessions are long.
