Introducing Slopeside Valet — Let Ski Butlers Do the Heavy Lifting

We are excited to launch the newest Ski Butlers service to make your vacation experience even more convenient — Slopeside Valet. Available in four Ski Butlers locations, Big Bear Mountain Resort, Mammoth Mountain, Steamboat Ski Resort, and Stratton Mountain Resort, Slopeside Valet provides easy access to your rental skis, poles, or snowboards at an opportune slopeside location for the first day of skiing or riding.

How does it work? Choose Slopeside Valet and have your ski or snowboard boots, and any rental accessories delivered to you at your lodging accommodations. A Ski Butlers team member will take your skis, poles, and/​or snowboards to our designated valet area at the respective resort base, where they will be ready to quickly and conveniently grab before hitting the slopes on your first day skiing or riding. Book Slopeside Valet during the reservation process (online or by phone) — instructions and locations will be clearly outlined during the booking process and through confirmation emails.

Slopeside Valet is exclusively for picking up equipment on the first day of skiing or snowboarding. After the first day, customers may choose to use overnight ski check services offered by the resorts as desired. 

Slopside Valet is the latest addition to Ski Butlers services that are all designed with you our customers in mind to make ski vacations, and the associated gear rental process, easier and more enjoyable. Choose from the following three offerings, or mix and match based on your needs, wants, and preferences:

Traditional Delivery — Allow us to deliver your ski rental equipment to you. Our legacy delivery service offers easy, convenient fittings at your lodging accommodations with customary support throughout your rental period.

Ski Butlers Express — Skip the fit with our Express service, a streamlined rental process to help get customers on the lifts even faster. After you sign a pre-arrival waiver, the Ski Butlers team will deliver your rental equipment to your lodging accommodations where it will be waiting and ready for you to take on the mountain. 

Slopeside Valet — Let us to do the heavy lifting. We’ll take your skis, poles, and snowboards to a slope side valet location, so you can grab your gear and go on your first day of skiing or snowboarding.
