Safety Is Our Top Priority

Last year we made sure that safety was our top priority for both our customers and our team members alike. This 4‑step program that we put in place turned out to be a huge success, allowing our customers to continue to pursue their passions for the mountains while having the peace of mind that they were doing it safely with the help of Ski Butlers. 

With COVID-19 still on everyone’s minds as we begin to step into the 2021 – 22 season, we want to let our customers know that we will continue to keep safety as our number one priority. We’ll be constantly evolving with the CDC guidelines and customer feedback throughout the season to ensure that everyone from our customers, to our team members are as safe as possible.

Team Members

Our team members will continue to prioritize keeping our customers safe this winter by being required to wear masks throughout the delivery process. This also includes temperature checks for all team members before they step foot in the shop each day. This system worked extremely well for us last year from both a team member and customer stand-point and we’ll continue to stay safe while giving our customers that legendary service they’ve come to know. 

Boot Fittings

Customers will have the option between no or limited touch boot fittings as well. We understand the need for contactless interactions, and we will continue to accommodate our customers’ requests while still fitting your boots, and adjusting bindings and DIN’s on your skis.

Our Shops

We’ll continue to do our part within our shops to ensure that all areas are disinfected daily, three times a day. We will also continue to staff our shops accordingly to ensure that team members are able to stay 6‑feet apart at all times. Along with our air purifiers throughout every room of our shops we ensure that your safety starts before we even get to your accommodations. 

Vans

Our vans will be sanitized between every delivery to ensure that every aspect of the delivery is not just safe to our customers but to our team members as well. 

Nothing is more important to us than making sure that our customers are able to enjoy their ski vacation with the peace of mind of knowing that they are doing it safely by using our service.
