Vail Valley Partnership: Platinum Service Award
Ski Butlers as been a member of the Vail Valley Partnership (VVP) for a number of years. The VVP is the regional community development organization, dedicated to the economic vitality of the Vail Valley. They support local businesses, unite key stakeholders, and lead collaborative efforts throughout the community.
The VVP has a number of programs that invenivize businesses to not only to take closer look and evaluate their customer service standards but also reward those businesses who go above and beyond for the people they serve. With this in mind, the Platinum Service Program (PSP) is one of the Vail Valley Partnership’s signature programs and focuses solely on creating and rewarding superior customer service experiences.
Ski Butlers has participated in the Platinum Service Program for a number of years. To be eligiable to recieve the
VVP: Platinum Service Award, PSP uses a series of mystery-shops desiged to help businesses provide high levels of customer service through a comprehinsive platform. Businesses need to be evaluated a minimum of 6 times during a ski season and receive an average score of 90% or higher. The VVP partners with Customer Impact, one of the largest firms in the Mystery Shop industry.
At Ski Butlers, everything is about serving you (our customers). Our Brand consists of four pillars; Convenience, Passion/Happiness, Customer Service and Giving Back. Within these pillars Team Members are encouraged to do whatever is in power to provide our customers with a hassle free, luxury ski & snowboard rental expereince. Ultimatley leading to a memberable winter vacation in the Vail Valley.
Our teams are dedicated to fullfilling our Brand Promise and due to that Ski Butlers as won the VVP: Platinum Service Award 9 times in the 14 seasons we have been serving visitors to the Vail Valley.
