Before I had kids, I found just managing my own gear to be a bit taxing. Add a kid, or two, or three and a ski or riding trip can become overwhelming. That’s where Ski Butlers come in. They bring the gear to your condo or hotel and take the hassle out of the equation.

Founded in Park City, Utah in 2004, Ski Butlers is a full service, ski and snowboard rental delivery company. You set up a profile online, reserve your gear and then it’s delivered to your ski condo or hotel when you are on holiday.
During your ski trip, Ski Butlers can swap our gear. At the end of the trip, they will pick up all equipment on your final day.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It depends on how many people in your family plan to ski and ride and for how many days. It gets cheaper per day the longer you rent. Prices are lower or comparable to on-mountain ski rentals. When I priced out a 4‑day rental at Telluride (headed there on spring break), the cost was $264 for High Performance skis and poles.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE?
Filling out the forms will take about 10 minutes. You will need your shoe size, height and weight for every member of your family.
After the reservation is complete, you’ll get an email confirmation. A day or so before your arrival you’ll get a call from your local Ski Butler to lock in delivery time. They haul all the gear to you and from there, it’s pretty seamless. If something doesn’t fit or work, they will make it right.
